This position is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact on our team for an assigned portfolio of client relationships – with responsibility for delivering proactive outreach, exceptional service, and personalized financial guidance.
This role is responsible for developing deep client relationships, conducting regular relationship reviews, and identifying opportunities to support clients’ financial goals through planning, advice, and tailored solutions. The Relationship Advisor will collaborate with internal partners as needed, but remains accountable for ensuring a seamless, high‑touch client experience and maintaining strong retention and satisfaction across their book of business.

This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest quality client service to First National Trust Company (FNTC) clients through the administration of various types of trust and investment management relationships withinthe Personal Trust Group. The incumbent seeks out additional client opportunities and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned personal, corporate, non‑profit or government clients and is responsible for the overall client experience with the primary goals of client satisfaction and retention.
