Union Mill Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center | Mount Laurel, NJ

Full-Time | $20–$26/hour, depending on experience | Reports to: Oral Surgeon / Practice Leadership

About the Role

We're looking for someone to become the face of our practice within the dental community. As our Referral Relations & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the connection between our oral surgeon and the dentists who trust us with their patients. You'll keep those relationships strong, run our study club, and make sure our practice is seen and remembered.

This role suits a confident communicator who is open-minded, adapts easily, and does well when no two days look the same. Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

What You\u2019ll Do

Referring Doctor Relationships

• Maintain regular, meaningful communication with referring dentists and their office teams.


• Schedule and coordinate office visits, lunches, and doctor-to-doctor meetings.


• Plan referral outreach and look for ways to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones.


• Represent our practice and our oral surgeon with professionalism and warmth.

Study Club Management

• Help manage our dental study club from start to finish: scheduling, invitations, RSVPs, venues, catering, and materials.


• Coordinate with speakers, attending doctors, vendors, and sales representatives.


• Prepare meeting spaces and make sure every event runs smoothly.


• Follow up with attendees afterward to keep the momentum going.

Marketing & Social Media

• Keep our social media presence active, consistent, and professional.


• Coordinate photos, videos, and educational content, following HIPAA and patient-consent procedures.


• Help develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Calendar & Correspondence

• Manage the oral surgeon's professional calendar and help prioritize commitments.


• Draft letters, emails, invitations, and thank-you notes to referring doctors and professional contacts.


• Maintain accurate referral and contact lists.

Who You Are

• An excellent communicator, in person, on the phone, and in writing.


• Comfortable and confident speaking with dentists, office managers, vendors, and sales reps.


• Open-minded and flexible. You adjust quickly when plans change and bring fresh ideas.


• Organized and dependable, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.


• Polished and professional in how you present yourself and our practice.


• Creative and at ease with social media.


• Proficient with email, calendars, and Microsoft Office.

Experience in dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing, physician relations, or dental sales is preferred but not required.

Good to Know

• Some evening events are part of the role, especially study club meetings.


• Schedule: Monday through Thursday. [Add hours, e.g., 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; part-time hours are flexible.]
