PATH is seeking an Organizer in Maryland to build people power by identifying, recruiting, and training volunteer leaders across race and faith. The role focuses on organizing campaigns to improve health, housing, education, and environmental outcomes for Maryland communities.

You will organize congregations, schools, and neighborhoods to participate in listening sessions, power-mapping, and climate justice actions, while supporting county and state level actions and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Organize leaders across congregations, schools, neighborhoods to participate in listening sessions.

• Organize residents in rental housing for better living conditions.
• Build multi-racial coalitions through religious congregations.
• Support county and state level actions and trainings.
