Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly capable Reinvention Deployed Engineer to design and deploy custom web applications across enterprise infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.

You will configure, manage, and optimize APIs and datasets, while building and maintaining cloud infrastructure with IaC tooling like Terraform and AWS CDK. Travel may be required up to 100% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years' work experience; Associate degree with 6+ years' experience.
• Minimum 8 years in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or equivalent (associate degree: 10 years).
• At least four of: Linux Systems Administration, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, modern JavaScript framework (React/NodeJS), DevOps.
• Minimum 2 years in a platform engineering or developer role.
• Minimum 3 months of experience with IaC tools, e.g. Terraform.

You Are

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Reinvention Deployed Engineer to join our team in designing and deploying custom applications for our diverse clientele. T he ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Linux , a solid understanding of modern web applications, and be able to communicate effectively with highly technical users on a wide range of technical topics.

The Work

You ( Re i nvention Deployed Engineer) will participate in the design, development, and operational management of custom web applications deployed to enterprise infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and On-Prem . You will help users configure, manage, and optimize their use of custom APIs, and datasets . Y ou will design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code ( IaC ) tools such as Terraform, and AWS CDK.

Our Reinvention Deployed Engineers engage in clear and effective communication with highly technical users, providing support and guidance on a wide range of technical topics. Their strong Linux skills help our Reinvention Deployed Engineers troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize system performance, and ensure a stable and reliable environment for custom software solutions .

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
