Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• GPA of 3.0+.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to explain complex contracts in simple terms.
• Pay close attention to detail; every small detail matters.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Review and create PDFs of final Reinsurance Contracts and related documents as directed.
• Transmit final documents to ceding companies and reinsurers.
• Track status of transmitted documents via tracking tool.
• Monitor and manage Transmittal Shared Mailbox in Outlook.
• Prepare regular reports on document status.
• Follow up with markets for signatures.
• Compile executed documents into single PDFs.
• Update contract files with executed documentation.
• Coordinate with broker, drafter, and transmittal specialist as required.
