Acturhire is seeking a Reinsurance Actuarial Senior Analyst and/or Associate Director to support clients across various projects in New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia, Bloomington and remote options for the right candidate. You will work with brokers, analytics and colleagues to deliver analyses and solutions.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in actuarial fields, has completed 3–5 CAS exams, 3+ years of actuarial experience, and programming experience in R.

Your primary role is to support clients as requested by supervisor or brokers, across virtually any client project or internal research assignment. Analysts are expected to develop proficiencies in completing standard analyses, while also taking part in more advanced analyses as needed. You will become familiar with Aon’s tools and approach, contribute to their development and present Aon’s solutions and services to our clients. Secondary roles may include assisting in pricing parameter updates and market research.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $110,000-$150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
