Applicants are pursuing a Master's or PhD in software engineering, ML, or related fields with 2+ years coding experience and interest in autonomous driving.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in software engineering, machine learning, or a related technical field.
• Fundamental understanding of machine learning and reinforcement learning.
• 2+ years of project experience involves coding and realized achievements.

Responsibilities

• Understand the problem current LPM model is trying to solve along with its details
• Extend current reinforcement learning infrastructure and conduct experiments on our RL system. Tune parameters and compare with existing results
• Identify promising new RL technologies and apply on Waymo problems
