ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

We are recruiting for a Reimbursement Manager-Central/South Central to support access and minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers. You will build relationships with providers, ambulatory surgery centers, hospital outpatient facilities, and internal teams. You will work independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met, support patient therapy access, and communicate coverage challenges across payer channels. You will also engage with new accounts for billing and coding training, audit education, and program review support.

OPPORTUNITIES IN THIS ROLE

• Be the subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers, impacting patient access.
• Communicate and explain Inspire reimbursement education and resources to customers across multiple sites of service.
• Navigate and address account and patient access issues by partnering with stakeholders.
• Respond to client and partner requests for site visits, program reviews, and reimbursement support.
• Maintain customer relationships through reimbursement engagement and cross-functional partnerships.
• Execute strategic priorities to support reimbursement goals.
• Develop reimbursement presentations for various meetings.
• Stay informed on market dynamics, CMS, and payer trends.
• Manage additional responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies, laws, and standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or healthcare administration.
• 5+ years of experience in reimbursement/market access, handling complex insurance claims, denials, and appeals.
• Knowledge of coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging with HCPs in multiple sites and educational settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and managing projects.
• Ability to travel 30-40% regularly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with implantable medical devices.
• Experience with neurology products.
• Coding certification (CPC, COC).

SALARY

The expected salary range is $148,000 - $185,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
