Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Reimbursement Manager to lead Medicare cost reporting, reimbursement analytics, and healthcare financial reporting in an acute care hospital setting. You will collaborate with finance and operations across the organization to ensure accurate regulatory filings and robust revenue cycle processes.

• Coordinate and manage Medicare Cost Report activities.
• Gather, analyze, and validate reimbursement-related data from multiple systems.
• Prepare and support quarterly and annual state and federal reporting requirements.
• Partner with consultants on reimbursement and compliance initiatives.
• Perform complex reimbursement analysis and financial reporting.
• Support month-end close activities and operational statistics reporting.
• Participate in charge master reviews and process improvement projects.
• Identify reporting efficiencies and best practices.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement reporting, cost reporting, regulatory filings, and healthcare financial reporting functions within an acute care hospital environment.

This role will serve as a key resource for Medicare cost reporting, reimbursement analytics, compliance reporting, and revenue cycle operations while partnering across finance and operational departments.
