Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BC/BE Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility physician to join a physician-led fertility practice in Bellevue, WA. The position offers a collaborative clinical model, an established laboratory, and formal mentorship.

Base salary ranges from $350,000 to $500,000 with retrieval-based incentives, plus a signing bonus of $50,000 to $100,000 and relocation assistance. Partnership opportunity and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
• Willingness to join a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform IVF, egg retrievals, embryo transfers and IUI in a established lab setting.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses and clinical staff.
• Participate in formal REI mentorship program.
