Job summary

Collab Fertility, a physician-owned fertility practice in Northern California, invites board-eligible or board-certified REI physicians to join our Walnut Creek and Sacramento teams. This role offers a clear pathway to partnership and a chance to influence the future of a growing independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients compassionately through every step of their treatment journey.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic fertility care including IUI, IVF, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and reproductive surgery as applicable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, outcome-focused care.
• Contribute to practice growth with support from marketing and administrative teams.
• Participate in clinical quality programs and standardized protocols.

Job description

Collab Fertility is a leading physician-owned Northern California fertility practice combining clinical excellence, patient-first care, innovative research, and state-of-the-art infrastructure. With established and growing locations in Walnut Creek and Sacramento, we are expanding our physician team and seeking board-eligible or board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) physicians for both locations.

Collab is also deeply committed to advancing reproductive medicine through research and education. Our Center for Lifestyle, Environmental Toxins and Nutrition (CLEAN) supports original research focused on the impact of environmental exposures, nutrition, and lifestyle on reproductive health. CLEAN provides annual research grants to REI fellows and brings together a nationally and internationally recognized advisory board to help secure private funding and advance innovative research at Collab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to fertility patients including IUI, IVF, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and reproductive surgery (as applicable)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, outcome-focused care
• Contribute to practice growth and development with support from our experienced marketing and administrative team
• Participate in clinical quality programs, standardized protocols, and patient outcome initiatives
