Employer-funded HSA (for qualified employees), company-funded Life AD&D insurance and Voluntary Life (premiums paid for by the employee), generous PTO plan, 401K plan with company-match, and company-provided Employee Assistance Program.Job SummaryThe Licensing Manager is responsible for the sales, support, execution, and oversight of all activities related to the growth and maintenance of one or more Licensed Host Railroads (clients). This includes actively selling and maintaining relationships of both licensed Intellectual Property events and our ticketing systems. This individual will engage in regular communication with our clients and assist in planning and executing their events with our licensed brands or ticket launches. The Licensing Manager will assist in new event development and occasionally work with Rail Events Productions and other American Heritage Railways entities in the course of duties.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop working relationships with multiple event clients throughout North AmericaResearch, sell, and support branded railroad-related events, retail, and intellectual property to potential clientsResearch, sell, and support a branded ticketing systemCreate healthy relationships and communication with clients and key members of the tourist railroad industryAssist clients in the planning and execution of events at their venuesAssist with client business initiativesAssist the team in maintaining a CRM and partner status updates/ projectionsStudy and memorize key components of contractual client obligations and assist clients in compliance measuresWork with the marketing department to develop tools for clients and for national brand exposureMaintain clean and current records of ongoing communications with clientsTroubleshoot obstacles in event design and implementation by identifying strengths and risks for clients and potential future clientsAssist in the maintenance and periodic review of internal procedures and efficiencyBe willing to travel to various locations across North America and EuropeTravel extensively around the holiday periods.
