Everleap Fertility is seeking a Reproductive Medicine Coordinator in Basking Ridge, NJ to support patient treatment plans from start to finish. You will review lab results, medical records, authorizations, and related information to keep care moving smoothly.

The role is primarily coordination and administrative, not direct patient care, with regular hours Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab staff to ensure accurate communication and timely

As a Reproductive Medicine Coordinator, you'll partner closely with physicians, nurses, laboratory staff, and patients to keep treatment plans moving forward efficiently and accurately.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing medical information, tracking critical milestones, coordinating across multiple teams, and serving as a central point of communication within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

About the Role

As a Reproductive Medicine Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient treatment plans from start to finish. You'll help ensure that laboratory results, medical records, authorizations, and treatment-related information are reviewed, documented, and communicated appropriately so patients can move seamlessly through their care plan.

While patient interaction is an important part of the role, this is primarily a coordination and administrative position rather than a direct patient care role.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred Background:

• Experience in healthcare coordination, patient services, medical administration, clinical research, laboratory operations, or a related healthcare setting
• Ability to analyze and interpret medical records, test results, and healthcare documentation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within an EMR or healthcare documentation system preferred
• Interest in reproductive medicine, women's health, or fertility care
