Ochsner Health System in Shreveport, LA is seeking a patient support aide under the supervision of a licensed therapist. You will help prepare treatment areas, transport patients, and assist with therapy activities as assigned, maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will also assist with general front desk tasks and ensure adherence to infection control and privacy policies, while supporting a multidisciplinary care team across multiple facilities in North Louisiana.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework in healthcare sciences preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must have strong computer and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain the treatment area and supplies.
• Transport patients by wheelchair or stretcher as directed.
• Assist therapists with patient-care activities under supervision.
• Assist with general office and front desk procedures.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy policies.
