Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist to provide rehabilitation therapy services to members served, both on an individual and group basis, under supervision.

Shifts available Full-Time AM with 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM start, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday. Telecare offers PTO, holidays, CEUs, tuition discounts, health/dental/vision, 401K and ESPP benefits, with a focus on diverse, inclusive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a therapy-related field as listed in the requirements.
• Minimum six months of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Discipline certification or licensure may be required per program licensure or accrediting body.
• Valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and willingness to drive clients using the company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy services to members on an individual and group basis under supervision.
• Collaborate with the care team to support recovery, health, hopes and dreams for clients.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under supervision, the Rehabilitation Therapist provides rehabilitation therapy services to members served, both on an individual and group basis.

Shifts Available:

• Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Days: Tuesday - Saturday
• Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Days: Sunday - Wednesday

Expected starting wage range is $28.13 - $34.76. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• B.S./B.A. in Occupational, Recreational, Music, Dance, Drama or Art Therapy, Vocational Counseling or related field (Must meet any regulatory requirements for the use of these titles, specific to the program type or location)
• Six (6) months of experience in behavioral health setting
• Discipline certification or licensure may be required per program licensure or accrediting body requirements
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
