Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is hiring a Rehabilitation Technician to assist therapists with non-resident related activities and direct resident care. You will transport residents, prepare equipment, and support treatment under therapist direction.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, inventory, and ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed in the facility, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse populations.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Completion of on-the-job orientation and training programs as a Rehabilitation Technician.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from the treatment area as scheduled.
• Prepare the environment and equipment for patient treatment.
• Assist with treatment as directed by therapists.
• Maintain inventory of therapy equipment and supplies.
• Maintain appropriate patient records as directed by management.
