Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a PRN Rehabilitation Technician to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and able to support therapists and patients in a diverse hospital population.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient activities under supervision and providing clerical support as needed. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, but not required, and a current BLS certification is required.

Job description

We are looking for a PRN Rehabilitation Technician to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, the Rehabilitation Technician will be responsible for participating in patient activities. The Rehabilitation Technician must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and provide clerical backup as needed to the department.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: No experience required. Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
