Job summary

Delray Medical Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to assist RNs, therapists and assistants in delivering patient care. You will prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for therapeutic use, and perform routine treatment prep and cleanup under supervision.

The role supports a multidisciplinary team, contributes to quality care, and includes data entry for program growth and performance improvement initiatives. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; enrollment in PT/PTA/OT/COTA or Florida CNA license preferred.
• Certification in BLS/CPR is expected as applicable.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed practitioner, RN or therapist with patient care activities.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for therapeutic use.
• Carry out routine treatment prep, delivery or cleanup per supervision.
• Participate in performance improvement and program growth, including data entry.
