Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support therapists and therapy assistants across patient sessions and recovery programs. You will assist with equipment setup, scheduling, transport, and patient preparation, while maintaining safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• The Rehabilitation Technician must possess a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant is also preferred (unless required by state).

Responsibilities

• Assists therapists and therapy staff during group and individual sessions and ensures patient safety.
• Supports scheduling, transport and preparation of patients for rehabilitation services.
• Maintains patient files, assists with equipment setup, and helps with department communications.
• Observes patient status changes and reports to therapists; follows infection control policies.
• Performs other related duties as directed by therapists and nursing personnel.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
