Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Rehabilitation Technician for our Continuing Care Retirement Community in Austell, GA. The role supports a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, handles front-office tasks, and coordinates patient transport and Telehealth services.

The position offers a flexible schedule up to 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday with one rotating weekend per month, and a pay range of $27–$40 per hour. Join a diverse setting across SNF, assisted living, and outpatient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support as an active member of our rehabilitation team: physical, occupational & speech therapy.
• Assist patients to their therapy groups.
• Complete essential administrative tasks.
• Prepare therapy room for patient care.
• Coordinate Telehealth logistics.
• Administrative & Front Office Support: answer and direct calls, schedule therapies, verify insurance, maintain patient records.
• Transport residents to therapy, assist therapists with setup, and maintain supplies.
