ProCare Injury Specialists in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to join a growing, patient-centered team. You will assist clinicians with rehab treatments, guide patients through mobility and strengthening exercises, and help prepare treatment areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred (kinesiology, sports medicine, pre-med, or related).
• Being bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Experience in healthcare or rehab helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers in delivering rehab treatments and therapeutic exercises.
• Help patients with mobility and strength exercises.
• Greet patients and prepare them for treatment.
• Provide instructions for in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care.
• Teach patients how to use rehab equipment correctly.
• Keep treatment areas clean and sanitize equipment.
• Document patient information and update records.
• Answer questions from patients and provide reassurance.
• Support administrative team by facilitating communication between patients and providers.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve care and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
