Westminster Baldwin Park, a new Active Living Community in Baldwin Park, has an open position for a Rehabilitation Technician, Part Time. JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision from the Program Manager or Therapist, you will help operate equipment by assisting patients/residents assigned to therapy. Must provide excellent customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to follow directions clearly and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Under the supervision of the therapist, assist with treating residents and helping them prepare for therapy sessions.
• Under the supervision of the therapist, occasionally work with residents on certain therapy exercises and therapies.
• Responsible for transporting residents to and from the treatment area.
• Responsible for maintaining treatment areas and the equipment in the treatment area, including setting up the treatment area and cleaning the equipment and therapy supplies.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required.

Two (2) years of experience in a therapy/health care setting preferred.
