Job summary

PT by Phoenix is seeking a rehab tech to support the clinical team in Wichita-area clinics. You’ll help assemble equipment and prep treatment areas, while engaging patients warmly during visits.

Hours vary with shifts Monday–Friday, including mornings and late afternoons. A HS diploma, strong communication, and basic computer skills are required, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists by gathering equipment and preparing treatment areas.
• Interact with patients in a kind and helpful way throughout their visit.
• Support the front desk with paperwork, scheduling tasks, and basic computer work.
• Help maintain a clean and safe clinic, including cleaning equipment and keeping spaces organized.
• Assist with phone calls as needed.
• Complete other tasks that support day-to-day clinic operations.

This role is ideal for anyone interested in physical therapy or exploring a future career in healthcare. As a rehab tech, you’ll support the clinical team and help create a friendly, organized, and welcoming environment for our patients. We are looking for help Mondays 1-6PM, Wednesdays 1-6PM and Fridays 7AM-4PM.
