Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Rehabilitation Technician for John Knox Village in Pompano Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role supports a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team across physical, occupational, and speech therapy, helping patients join therapy groups and manage room readiness and administrative tasks.

The position offers a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week with opportunities for growth and exposure to a range of therapies in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support as an active member of our rehabilitation team: physical, occupational & speech therapy.
• Assist patients to their therapy groups.
• Complete essential administrative tasks.
• Prepare therapy room for patient care.
• Coordinate Telehealth.
