Job summary

Central Indiana Orthopedics (CIO), a partner of OrthoAlliance within SCA Health, seeks an entry-level clinic aide to support therapists and staff across central Indiana locations. The role emphasizes patient care, safety, cleanliness and effective teamwork in a busy outpatient setting.

Applicants should be able to work with diverse patients, follow policies, and assist with equipment, treatment preparation and routine duties to ensure quality care and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and neurology would be helpful.
• This could be an entry level job; some hospital or rehab exposure is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Attend department or clinic meetings as required.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and adapt to changing needs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the facility.
