Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Documentation of NPTE and Montana State license in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience with two to three years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and athletic training programs.
• Plans and administers medically prescribed PT treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Provides leadership, decision making and effective communication through the Department Managers team and promotes a fair, safe, Just Culture environment.
