Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized, compassionate rehabilitative care and guide patients through recovery using cutting-edge technology.

You will supervise care, assess patients, and collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated treatment while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required by state regulations (as stated).
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
