Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of St. Petersburg is seeking a Registered Nurse to contribute to patient rehabilitation and personalized care. The role emphasizes supervising care plans, assessing progress, and coordinating with the care team to support recovery.

You will work with patients and families to address needs, adapting plans as needed, and participate in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation. We value compassionate service and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
