Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, compassionate rehabilitation care. You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor care plans, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes building relationships with patients and families, supporting staff needs, and celebrating patient milestones within a modern inpatient rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
