Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Lowell is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team focused on individualized patient recovery. We welcome Graduate Nurse applicants and emphasize compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern rehabilitation setting.

The role includes supervising care, assessing patients, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth, holistic treatment plans.

Competenze

• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Conoscenze

RN licensure
