Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered rehabilitation care, guiding recovery with personalized plans and compassionate support. You will supervise care, assess patients, and coordinate with the team for seamless treatment delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and prefer CRRN/ACLS credentials. A minimum of one year in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred, with growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
