Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of St. Petersburg is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized, compassionate care as patients progress through rehabilitation.

You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology and a team dedicated to healing, helping patients regain independence and confidence on their path to recovery. You’ll supervise care plans, assess progress, and communicate across departments to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families for recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff supporting complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones in recovery.
