Job summary

Exalt Health Inpatient Rehab Hospital Wildwood seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients in regaining independence.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, and educating patients and families on the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Florida nursing license (RN) in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred (plus).
• CRRN certification preferred (plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications.
• Provide skilled nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Support rehabilitation goals through ADL training and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and medication administration accurately.
