Job summary

Rosaires Care in Clayton, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (Rehab Nurse) to provide faith-based skilled rehab nursing care for seniors. Registered Nurse (Rehab Nurse) provides compassionate, faith-based skilled rehab nursing care for seniors. Key responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, developing and updating individualized care and rehab plans, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe recovery and best outcomes.

• Supporting CNAs and other staff with clinical guidance

Qualifications/Skills: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment, assessment and care-planning skills, medication/treatment administration competence, clear communication, accurate documentation in an EMR, and an empathetic approach to resident and family education.
