Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana to work in Rehabilitation. This contract role offers a 5x8 days schedule and requires responsibility for integrating the organization’s vision and goals into daily performance.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience (rehabilitation) and a current PT license in the state of practice.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in Rehabilitation.
• Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
