The ideal candidate holds a SD license (PT/OT/SLP) with 5+ years of rehab leadership, strong knowledge of compliance and budgeting, and a collaborative, patient-focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• Licensed SD PT, OT or SLP with active, unrestricted license.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership or rehab management.
• Strong knowledge of rehab operations, compliance and productivity standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the rehabilitation therapy team.
• Oversee daily rehab department operations.
