Powerback is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation in Tulsa to lead a team of clinicians delivering physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. You will oversee all rehab services in the facility and provide direct patient care when needed to maintain high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a rehab Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), state licensure, Medicare knowledge, and proven leadership to mentor staff, manage programs, and coordinate with patients, families, and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and problem solve.
• Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts.
• Ability to interact with staff, patients, residents, families and agencies.
• Ability to effectively manage/motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of compassionate clinicians to deliver rehab services.
• Oversee rehab services in the facility and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Support therapists and assistants in program design and execution.
