Community Solutions for Children, Families, and Individuals is seeking a Rehabilitation Counselor to assist clients and their families across Santa Clara County. This full-time position involves supporting individuals with mental health disorders and implementing individualized plans of care.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, four years of relevant experience, and possess skills in empowerment and advocacy. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. A competitive hourly rate of $30.84, along with a comprehensive benefits package, is offered.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Director and/or Designee
SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Program Manager and/or designee, the Rehabilitation Counselor is responsible for assisting clients and their families by providing services, as required by contracts. Services are provided throughout Santa Clara County.

This position is located within commutable distance to our Gilroy headquarters or San Jose office and is open to a hybrid work schedule, with occasional needs to be able to travel into our offices and work in the evenings or weekends.
