Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Clinical Educator – Rehab to lead rehabilitation education, onboarding, and competency programs for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy teams in Michigan.

You will develop training materials, support compliance, and serve as a clinical resource across disciplines to improve patient care. A bachelor’s in PT or OT, MI license, and NBCOT for OT are required, with at least two years in a PACE setting and strong communication/EHR skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• NBCOT certification required for Occupational Therapists.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in a PACE program.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers rehabilitation education for PT, OT, and Speech Therapy teams.
• Develops onboarding, orientation, and annual competency programs.
• Leads training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Provides clinical guidance on assessments, treatment planning, and equipment recommendations.
• Updates training materials and ensures accuracy and completeness.
• Supports policy/ procedure development and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and center leadership to implement education programs.
