The Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF) is seeking a Treatment Facilitator to deliver group and individual interventions for residents and support behavior change. The role focuses on moving residents through stages of change, addressing individualized needs and barriers while aligning with facility policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• Associates degree required or bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in corrections, psychology, criminal justice, social work or related field (preferred).
• Minimum CDCA licensure (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of community-based corrections and therapeutic alliance.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions to improve outcomes.
