Job summary

Ability KC is seeking a dedicated rehabilitation support role to assist in therapeutic treatments and educational activities. Under licensed therapists and classroom teachers, you will help plan and implement group activities for pediatric and adolescent patients, provide tutoring, and supervise interns.

The ideal candidate has a health or education background with 3+ years of related experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work with diverse populations in a outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or education field or related experience.
• Three years related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in or administer therapeutic treatment.
• Provide tutoring and supervise functional skills.
• Plan and implement group activities for patients.
• Orient, lead rehab technicians and supervise interns.
