Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Rehab Aide - Full time in Hertford, NC. Must have a CNA certificate. You will assist therapists, transport patients, perform equipment checks, and support daily operations in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a CNA certificate.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• A graduate in exercise physiology; experience in rehab settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• The rehab aide will assist therapists or their assistants as they provide treatment to patients.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance tasks and other duties to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Transport patients and handle clerical tasks as assigned by the Rehab manager.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The rehab aide will assist the therapists or their assistants as they provide treatment to patients, perform routine equipment maintenance tasks and other responsibilities to make their practice run smoothly. This will include transporting patients, clerical tasks and other departmental duties as assigned by the Rehab manager. Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team is important.

A graduate in exercise physiology andexperience with other rehab settingspreferred.
