Under supervision, you will assist with treatment, documentation, and billing while embracing new technology and processes. A high school diploma and BLS are required; healthcare experience is preferred.

Under the direct supervision of licensed clinical staff, assists the therapists in routine tasks for therapeutic treatment of patients. Assists the department supervisor/manager in coordinating the overall department’s function and maintenance.
Compensation Pay Range: $18.20 - $26.00
Performs clerical duties to assist with daily operations of the department including scheduling, answering phones, calling patients, inventory, photocopying, filing, medicare and CPM tracking, data collection, mail and faxes, etc
Assists in the maintenance of the department’s overall physical environment and infection control including cleaning equipment, temperature monitoring, pool chemistry, linen supply, area inspections
Provides treatment to assigned patients as appropriate under the direct supervision of clinical staff.
Completes all documentation of services per department standards
Enters daily charges in a timely and accurate manner according to department standards

Minimum Education - Preferred High School diploma/GED preferred. Minimum Work Experience One (1) year healthcare-related experience preferred. Previous rehabilitation experience desirable. Previous coursework, participation in work or volunteer experience in the area of health, fitness or athletics required.
Required Classes/Skills - BLS - Basic Life Support
Mondays 10:45-7:15pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30-6pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 7:30-4pm
License/Registration/Certification Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) (Including courses offered through SSH)
