Job summary

PT Northwest is seeking a motivated individual to join our outpatient orthopedic team as a part-time Rehabilitation Aide in Silverton, Oregon. You will support physical therapists with patient care, apply hot/cold packs, maintain therapy equipment, and help keep the clinic clean and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a medical setting, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a medical environment preferred, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department.
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Caring nature with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $16.00 an hour. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
