Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of relevant experience, or pursuing PT/OT/ PTA/COTA program may substitute for experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/maintain treatment areas and order supplies as needed.
• Monitors and assists in patient-care under therapist directions.
• Transports patients by wheelchair or stretcher as directed by staff.
• Maintains clean, safe environment and adheres to infection control policies.
• Assists with generalized office and front desk procedures.
