Job summary

San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital in Fresno, CA is seeking Therapy Techs to join a fast-paced, patient-centered team. The role focuses on supporting licensed therapists, transporting and preparing patients, and assisting with treatment plans in an acute rehab setting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, BLS certification within 3 months, and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment. Healthcare experience and exercise-related credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within 3 months of hire.
• Previous experience in rehabilitative techniques and procedures preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Exercise certification and/or related education preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine rehabilitation procedures within a program set by a licensed therapist to maintain functional levels.
• Transport, prepare, position, and assist patients and therapists in completing treatment plans.
