Encompass Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I to support therapists and deliver patient care in a hospital setting near Lutz, FL.

You will set up equipment, maintain safety, and collaborate with therapists and nurses to ensure high-quality care. CPR certification preferred and HS diploma required or equivalent.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Has completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training in school or on-the-job training.

Responsabilités

• Support therapists' daily patient care and therapy activities.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment.
• Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule.
• Communicate therapists' observations and outcomes of patient care activities.
