Job summary

Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Rehab Technician I (Sojourners, 2nd shift, 24 hours) to support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI, helping them rebuild independence through hands-on daily living activities and therapeutic goals.

You’ll work with compassion on ADLs, personal care, community outings, and build trusting relationships, while promoting safety and a structured, supportive environment. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Health care experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
