Job summary

Imperial Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking a dependable Rehab Technician to support our therapy department in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist therapists, transport residents, and help maintain a clean, organized therapy area while delivering compassionate care.

The role is available for full-time or part-time schedules with starts at $16-$17 per hour. Strong communication and reliability are valued, and previous rehab or healthcare experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to assist with patient transport and assist with therapy setup.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with treatment setup and therapy support.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Perform light clerical duties and maintain therapy records.
• Keep the therapy department stocked and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
