Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Technician to support in-patient care. Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:45pm with a comprehensive benefits package and daily pay option.

You will work as part of a dedicated care team to assist with daily living activities, mobility, and patient transport. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pass required trainings and screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass Basic Rehabilitation Technician Training.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient needs in accordance with treatment plan and ensure safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers as needed.
• Maintain activity level for all patients.
• Transport patients to appointments as needed.
• Provide medication assistance when applicable.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided and communicate urgent matters to staff.
• Facilitate patient visits as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
